      yes, this drink is only for the morning, we recommend to skip breakfast but we advise to take food with a low calorie, avoid fry food (junk food) and replace it with some roasted meat or roasted chicken for lunch. And for dinner! we recommend taking chickpeas salad. try salads, salads are full of fiber with zero calories. use in your salad some cucumber, fresh lime, olive oil, chickpeas, lettuce. So, for an effective result! try to change your food routine.
