  • I have been on this for 16 days now and i read now only not to be taken too long. How long is too long. And i am on blood pressure tabs and water tabs and heart tabs. Could that be the reason my blood pressure fell so much and i fainted. Will be happy if you can answer my questions

    • I’m healthy how long can I take the banana with almonds smoothie

      • they are 2 different smoothies, try 1 smoothie for 1 week first. And For a more effective result! we advise following this diet with low-calorie food, be away from fry food (junk food) and get closer from some roasted meat or roasted chicken or fish for launch. And for dinner! we advise taking some salads only plus the smoothie as well. (Salad is full of fiber with zero calories).
        Try chickpeas salad with lime and cucumber, sometimes add some avocado.
